A good relationship has very open communication. However, there are cases that too much communication affects the quality of the relationship badly. Wait for your partner to be ready to open up with you so that there will be no regrets in the process.

In proper communication, you have to avoid as much as possible the following: arguments, blame and begging. In an argument, you might lose your partner if you do not listen to your partner's opinion and views. In fact, doing it too often will definitely shatter your relationship as it can fasten the break up process. Hence, while your ex is giving his or her opinion, listen intently and be open-minded so that you can understand both side of the situation.

Aside from arguing, blaming your partner is also a crime in relationship. Your paranoia only offers pain. Hence, if you continue to blame your partner, then you might need to prepare yourself for the inevitable. In this situation, you might need to catch all the blaming and ask for forgiveness. While you communicate with your partner, put your feet on your partner's shoes so that you can fully understand his or her feeling.

Right now, your partner may be giving you cold shoulder. If this is the case, never beg your partner for attention. Otherwise, you will look weak and helpless in your partner's eyes, which may lead to more disappointment. A simple yet thoughtful apology will be right for you. - 31368
