Best Wedding Proposals

By Charles Jackson

Here are a few of my best wedding proposals! I hope you gain some inspiration for your big moment!

Just make sure that you never carbon copy an idea you read or hear from somewhere else. The best wedding proposals are always the ones that are unique and special to the two of you!

1. You could go building sand castles on the beach. You could "find" an old bottle which contains a love poem inside. It should ideally begin quite vague and then gradually become about her and your relationship. Propose to her after you've read it!

2. Consider an instant wedding for the mature relationship and you're 100% sure of the answer! You can propose and then have the wedding on the spot! The laws in Hawaii are very lenient for this type of thing and of course you'll need her friends and family involved!

3. Get her three roses! The first represents the past! The second represents the present! And the third, with the ring attached represents the future!

4. Visit a health spa and get pampered! Change into your best clothes and head off to a photo shoot! During the shoot go down on one knee and propose to her. You'll have the photos forever! Then go to the best restaurant in town followed by a night at a 5 star hotel!

5. Arrange to meet her in the park at lunch. Arrive late riding a horse and wearing a suit of armour. Swing down from the horse and offer to be her prince! A friend lurking in some nearby bushes could be on standby to play Holsts "Jupiter" for when you arrive!

6. Pick her up from work in a limousine! Give her some flowers and have her favourite outfit ready for her! Take her to the best restaurant in town and have them serve you in the limo. Make sure the privacy window is up and have romantic music playing. Propose over champagne.

7. Take a walk past the spot where you met. Go for a meal at the first place you ate together! Watch the first ever movie you watched together and propose while listening to your special music! - 31368
